The collection consists of primarily textual publications of the (national-level) United Church of Canada (UCC), its General Council, Boards and Divisions. Contents include: reproductions of the Basis of Union (1925) and related documents; published reproductions of General Council [meetings], as well as meeting agendas and reports; UCC Year Books, with detailed lists of pastoral charges and various national statistics and reports; multiple editions of the UCC Manual; minutes and reports from the Board of Home Missions, Board of Evangelism and Social Services, Division of Mission, Board of Colleges and Secondary Schools; Division of Ministry Personnel and Education; and published documents of Regina College (1911-1934); and items from St. Andrew's College Diamond Jubilee.

The collection consists of publications relating the Women's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Contents include: reports of the Women's Foreign Missionary Society, Women's Home Missionary Society (Western Division), Women's Missionary Society; an issue of the publication "The Message" (1902); and history books/documents about church missions and missionary work.

The fonds consists of records created by the Saskatchewan Branch of the W.M.S., its members, treasurers, circles and committee(s).

Contents include: meeting minutes; bylaws and resolutions; annual reports; membership records; financial records; School for Leaders minutes and associated documents; Baby Band conference and presbyterial reports; select publications; scrapbooks; and W.M.S. Conference and presbyterial histories (to 1961). Additional historical materials included the fonds were collected by Mrs. Mary McKechnie, first president of the Qu’Appelle Presbyterian W.M.S. and later of the Saskatchewan Conference W.M.S. There is also a daily register of pupils from Round Lake Indian School (1942-1946).
