This fonds consists of three series: Moose Jaw Air Show in 1930, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes air show souvenir programmes, air regulation examination, newspaper clippings, and correspondence to and from the club as well as records relating to the July 5, 1930 air show.

This fonds contains tax assessments and notices of Mary E. Horn pertaining to land she purchased in Moose Jaw. It also includes a land plot advertisement, as well as correspondences and receipts regarding the land purchase.

This fonds contains two series: Farm Documents and Memorabilia. The farm documents relate to material required to operate their farm, such as insurance policies, mortgages and Canadian Wheat Board forms and permits. Memorabilia include school, marriage, baptism, confirmation and lodge certificates given to various family members. The majority of certificates were presented to Julius Fortmann.

This fonds consists of two series. The Federation business includes minutes of meetings, membership lists, and correspondence covering the years 1943-1947. The second series includes lists of electors, reports, poll census forms, statements, returns, and election tally sheets of the 1945 Federal Election, as well as reports and correspondence of the CCF Victory Fund, 1944-1945. Two editions of “The CCF in the Legislature” (1941 with 1942 supplement and 1943) were transferred to the Library Collection.

This fonds consists of a series of scrapbooks kept by Sam A. Hamilton, one containing personal letters and memorabilia and newspaper clippings from the Moose Jaw Evening Times from 1911 to 1947, and another consisting of correspondence, reports, memorabilia and newspaper clippings relating to politics, including the Moose Jaw civic elections of 1918, 1919 and 1920.

This fonds consists of material primarily from the 1940's. Included are the Memorandum of Association, insurance policy of the mid 1940's and blueprints of the Club drawn up in 1949. There are lists of shareholders and members, financial statements and correspondence. There are 2 black and white undated photographs and photocopies of photographs. Also there are swim meet schedules, programs, and results, as well as blank membership application forms, membership cards, newspaper clippings and a sheet of letterhead. There are minutes of meetings of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949 and minutes of the Saskatchewan Section of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949. National results and records are also included for 1947.

This fonds contains five series, the first consists of the records kept by the War Services Council and the War Services Auxiliary. Included is an Honour Roll of Moose Jaw servicemen, reports of the Parcels and Records Committee, two binders of newspaper reports on local servicemen killed, missing in action, or taken prisoner of war. There are also acknowledgment and thank you letters from parents to Moose Jaw City Council for the memorials and tributes paid to their fallen sons. There are two scrapbooks of newspaper clippings of war-related news. The second series contains 2 Visitor Books and a Reception and Adopted Homes Book of the War Services Club. The third series is financial records, including receipts, statements and ledgers. The fourth series is made up of minutes, reports and by-laws. The final series is comprised of correspondence, including thank you notes and letters relating to ration amounts.

This fonds contains material relating to property owned by Duncan and Mary Mackenzie. It includes their farm insurance policy, Robert Carnochan Foote’s Loan for the property and the transfer of the Land Title from Robert Carnochan Foote to Mary Mackenzie. It also includes a receipt from Canadian Gulf Oil Company and correspondence regarding Western Drilling Company and Mackenzie’s land.

The records are primarily Chinese language consisting of membership cards and lists, correspondence and some financial records. Also included are membership pins in sealed and numbered envelopes.

This fonds contains several series of historical documents of the Metcalf family, including a portion of a family tree, various legal documents of the said family, letters of reference and court records of South Dakota.

This fonds contains Minute Books of meetings of the South African War Veterans Association of Moose Jaw, documentation of the finances of the association as well as correspondence between the association and its members. The minute books also include correspondence between the Association and other organizations or local government. Throughout the fonds are various newspaper clippings concerning members of the association.

Several original copies of the newspaper have been transferred to the Moose Jaw Public Library newspaper holdings. The balance consists of some copies, reprints and loose items that accompanied the papers.

The fonds contains two series containing official club business and the Club's efforts in conserving and managing resources and wildlife.

This fonds consists primarily of the financial records of Moose Jaw Plumbing and Heating including various ledgers and account books.

This fonds consists of business records of the Tuxford Hospital Company including minutes, correspondence, financial and stockholders records. No operational/medical records are included other than patient accounts.
