Contents include: minutes of church council, official board, trustees, sessions, stewards and various committee meetings; records from meetings of local Ladies Aid Society, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Women’s Federation, United Church Women (U.C.W.) and Young Peoples’ Union (Y.P.U.) groups; historic and communion rolls; financial ledgers; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials. There are also 14 photographs, showing church choir members and the following ministers: Rev. William A. Guy, Rev. Archibald Young, Rev. Harry Joyce, Rev. Frank H. Morgan, Rev. W. J. Moore, Rev. Wm. Contents include: minutes of church council, Official Board, trustees, congregation and various committee meetings; records from meetings of local United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; historic rolls; financial ledgers; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials that took place at St. John’s, Rae Street, Sixth Avenue, and St. Andrew’s Churches (in Regina), as well as Peepeekesis Reserve, RCMP Chapel, Whitewood, Stoney Beach, Pense, Speers, Qu’Appelle and related locations. There is also 1 album (with bulletins, directories, clippings and approx. 41 photos) and 10 photographs (most by Peter F. Groome) showing church buildings and individuals associated with St. John’s United Church and Sixth Street United – formerly Rae Street Methodist – Church.

Contents include: The Echo (newsletter), from Qu'Appelle, 1894; Progress (newsletter), from Regina Industrial School, 1907; Report on Indian Schools and Students, from an unidentified publication, date unclear. There are also photographs: a group portrait of adults and children outdoors, captioned "Pupils of File Hills Indian School", 1925; exterior view of a large building, with postcard template and notes on back "Round Lake Residential School [...] Additions" and "Complements of W.J. Cookson" (no date provided); and a group photo of 14 adults and children, on the steps of a building, under sign "Cote School 1915" (no date provided for the photo).

The fonds consists of records created and collected by Rev. Wartman, before and during his time as an ordained minister, in Saskatchewan. Contents include: correspondence (1954-1958); historical documents by various individuals, including Rev. Wartman, W.B. Baker, and Rev. Frank Hoffman (ca.1940-1982); and annual reports from Regina St. James United Church (1975, 1977, 1978), North Battleford Third Avenue United Church (1960-1961), and Kindersley St. Paul’s, Netherhill and Knox United Churches (1958-1960).
