This series consists of correspondence concerning the Selection Committee for Saskatchewan, as well as newsletters and miscellaneous material.

XIV. Memoirs Series

This series contains those files which appeared to have been removed from their original order or created specifically for use in writing John Diefenbaker’s memoirs. It also contains correspondence about the memoirs project, notes, and drafts of the memoirs, One Canada. There are notes and annotations in Diefenbaker’s hand throughout this series.

XIII. Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation

This series contains correspondence (1962-1964) regarding Dean Leddy's participation on the National Selection Committee of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation in 1962-1963 and 1963-1964, visits to the University of Saskatchewan by representatives of the Foundation and selection of a University of Saskatchewan faculty representative.

XIII. Reference Series, 1940-1957

This series contains reference material collected by John Diefenbaker and his staff from 1940, when he was elected to Parliament, to 1957, when he became Prime Minister. A wide range of political and social subjects, both Canadian and international, are present.

This series contains agendas and minutes, memoranda and correspondence, reports, etc. pertaining to the activities of the Association.

This series consists of press releases, news clippings, programmes, posters, announcements, etc. pertaining to various activities undertaken by the gallery.

XII. Personal and Confidential Series, 1957-1979

This series consists primarily of those files deemed too sensitive for processing in Diefenbaker’s regular office filing system due to political, personal or security considerations. VIP letters and other documents which Diefenbaker particularly valued are also included. Inter-filed with both categories of material is a body of more mundane documents which Diefenbaker and his staff wanted close at hand for a variety of reasons.

XII. National Centennial Administration

This series consists of correspondence, memoranda, agendas, addresses, minutes of committees, etc. related to meetings, national conferences, and the National Centenary Council.

XI. Extension Activities

Similar to the Exhibition series, this series consists of correspondence, curriculum vitae and resumes, project proposals, publicity and promotional material, slides and photographs of individuals and groups as well as works of art, etc. in connection with a variety of exhibitions, performances and workshops at the gallery. Many Canadian and international artists, performers, writers, etc. are represented.
