This series contains correspondence (1962-1964) regarding Dean Leddy's participation on the National Selection Committee of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation in 1962-1963 and 1963-1964, visits to the University of Saskatchewan by representatives of the Foundation and selection of a University of Saskatchewan faculty representative.

Inter-filed with both categories of material is a body of more mundane documents which Diefenbaker and his staff wanted close at hand for a variety of reasons.
