The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan regional organization of the A.O.T.S. ("As One That Serves" -- a United Church men's organization), its members, sub-groups, and divisions. Saskatchewan Division and Regina Division are among the names noted.

Contents include: minutes from A.O.T.S. meetings and Executive meetings; correspondence with local groups and members; and information about national activities and events.

The collection consists of minutes, correspondence and publications created by and relating to the Saskatchewan Provincial Church Union Committee. The Committee was formed on July 26, 1923 by representatives of the Saskatchewan Methodist Conference and the Presbyterian Synod of Saskatchewan, to take preliminary steps to effect Church Union in Saskatchewan. Representatives of the congregational Churches were also invited to be on the committee.

The fonds consists of records created by Regina Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessor, Regina Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: handwritten and mimeographed meeting minutes, letters, notes, annual reports, and a scrapbook.

The fonds consists of records created by Cypress Hills Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessors: Cypress Hills Presbyterial W.A. (Woman's Association); and Cypress Hills and Swift Current Presbyterials of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: minutes, reports, histories, financial records and a scrapbook.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.
