This fonds contains a completed copy of Allan’s master’s thesis entitled A Populist in Municipal and Provincial Politics: John Wesley Corman as well as some of his research used for writing the thesis. The research papers include copies of newspapers, articles, photographs and an audiocassette pertaining to John Wesley Corman. The research papers are heavily annotated.

Mary Barber fonds contains records concerning the writing of the community history book "Parkbeg Reflections". It consists of the manuscript and typescript drafts of the family histories section of Parkbeg Reflections. There are over 350 family history drafts included. Mary Barber organized these drafts using separate envelopes for each family and arranged them alphabetically by surname. These envelopes also include information regarding the author, the typist and the proofreader of the drafts.

This fonds consists of a type written history of the Keeler Grandmothers Club, six notebooks of minutes, financial reports, membership and attendance records. There are receipts from purchases and donations made. There is a thank you card from a member.

This fonds consist of the records of the business and activities of the Moose Jaw Prairie Hearts Quilting Guild Inc. from its formation in 1990 to 2003.

There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

This fonds consists of three series. There are records of the Moose Jaw Horticultural Society of the late 1980's and 1990's. There are membership and directors lists, minutes of meetings, financial statements and correspondence. There are schedules, information and publicity on events held by the society. There are 2 scrapbooks from 1990 and 1991 that contain photos, programs, memorabilia and newspaper clippings. There are also loose newspapers clippings and some which have been glued on loose leaf pages and a notebook. There are minutes and newsletters from the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association as well as reports, brochures and publication information from the Extension and Community Relations Division of the University of Saskatchewan. There is one copy of the periodical “The Saskatchewan Gardener”, Winter 1995 edition.

Also there are swim meet schedules, programs, and results, as well as blank membership application forms, membership cards, newspaper clippings and a sheet of letterhead. There are minutes of meetings of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949 and minutes of the Saskatchewan Section of the Canadian Amateur Swimming Association in 1949. National results and records are also included for 1947.

Included are the constitution and by-laws, minutes of meetings, financial statements, correspondence and reports. There is material pertaining to the acquisition and training of coordinators and volunteers. There are brochures and newspaper clippings on hospice care, as well as a scrapbook (binder) of the Moose Jaw and District Hospice Care Association Inc. containing an organizational chart, lists of board members and volunteers, correspondence, newspaper clipping and four photographs taken at the 1992 annual meeting. There is a bound thesis by Eleanor May Stamm entitled “An inquiry into appropriate care for the terminally ill:” which was donated by Dr. F.C. Heal to the Hospice Association.
