Gilles Latour, former Director of Information for OPCAN - Katimavik and for Canada World Youth, has been appointed program assistant in CTF's International Program. In addition to assisting program coordinator Robert Barker in the day-to-day operation of CTF's international activities, Mr. Latour will be responsible for the implementation of projects such as the recruitment of all volunteers for Project Overseas, the administration of CTF's Trust Fund Fellowship Program and so on. His duties at CTF commenced on October 1, 1979,"
