The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan regional organization of the A.O.T.S. ("As One That Serves" -- a United Church men's organization), its members, sub-groups, and divisions. Saskatchewan Division and Regina Division are among the names noted.
Contents include: minutes from A.O.T.S. meetings and Executive meetings; correspondence with local groups and members; and information about national activities and events.
The collection consists of minutes, correspondence and publications created by and relating to the Saskatchewan Provincial Church Union Committee. The Committee was formed on July 26, 1923 by representatives of the Saskatchewan Methodist Conference and the Presbyterian Synod of Saskatchewan, to take preliminary steps to effect Church Union in Saskatchewan. Representatives of the congregational Churches were also invited to be on the committee.
The fonds consists of minutes, publications and other records relating to the Regina Council of Churches. Contents include: a 1962 constitution, clippings relating to the 1964 Peace Fair; minutes (1955-1967); correspondence (1960-1972); earlier records associated with the Secretary, E.L. WIlson (1955-1967); and various other materials.
A letter from the burgomaster (mayor) and aldermen of Winschoten, Netherlands, in 1984 to Mr. and Mrs. F. Comandina-Walstra about the 17th Field Regiment Association's trip to Winschoten earlier that year and saying that multiple copies of the group photo were enclosed for everyone who was on the trip.
Coil-bound homemade 146-page book (Volume 4) detailing David Aldous's attempts to have the Bell Barn, a large round stone barn just north of Indian Head, designated a heritage site and have it restored. This includes photos and research on the barn and correspondence concerning the building's importance.

Contents include 2 manuscripts (ca.1990) written by Campbell on religious themes, a covering letter (April 1991) introducing himself and his work, plus letters from the United Church Publishing House (May 1990) and St. Andrew’s College (May 1991).
