The latter is a type of ecumenical organization intended to bring together ministers of various congregations within a defined geographical area. Participants identified in the minutes include Rev. J. Dunnett, Jack Heatherington, A.C. Burley, Brian Colquhoun.

Conference and presbyterial histories (to 1961). Additional historical materials included the fonds were collected by Mrs. Mary McKechnie, first president of the Qu’Appelle Presbyterian W.M.S. and later of the Saskatchewan Conference W.M.S. There is also a daily register of pupils from Round Lake Indian School (1942-1946).

Contents include minutes (1906-1951) and Statistical Records of Home Missions (1912-1935). Minute books document meetings of pre-union Alameda Presbytery, as well as United Church successor, Estevan Presbytery.

Minutes for meetings of the Regina United Church Ministerial Association, in 2 bound volumes (1926-1935?, May 1935-1966). The association is made up of United Church ministers, serving in the Regina area. Early participants included: E.S. BIshop; A.C. Justice; Rev. Mc.E[?] Thompson; C. Morgan; H. Joyce; H.[?]. Leitch; [Dr.?] Tufts; and [P?] Strang.

The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan Branch of the Young People's Union (Y.P.U.), its members, treasurers, and committee(s).

Contents include: meeting minutes from the Y.P.U. executive and committees; correspondence from the Y.P.U. President; correspondence with and material relating to the national-level Y.P.U.; financial records; convention reports; lists of executive members; files relating to various Y.P.U. activities, including youth caravans; various newsletters and related items collected from other Y.P.U. groups, outside of Saskatchewan; and a collection of Youth Christian Education Leaders Resource materials, including Explorers and Hi-C groups. There are also minutes and reports from Presbyterial-level Y.P.U. units, in Kamsack, Qu'Appelle, Regina and Saskatoon.
