Correspondence, book reviews, and other writings on Canadian History.

Correspondence from British emigrants describing their lives in Canada and concern over the war. The collection includes letters, photographs, negatives, manuscript drawings, maps, greeting cards, news clippings, and one small watercolor.

This fonds contains abstracts, research reports, and articles, including research on soil structure analysis, soils and roots, chemical herbicides, and weed control. It also includes a copy of Dr. Pavlychenko's thesis, "Root Systems of Certain Forage Crops in Relation to the Management of Agricultural Soils" and lecture notes, bibliographies, list of references and background material, including precipitation records from 1920-1950. In addition, there is a considerable amount of correspondence, both with individuals such as L.E. Kirk, G.D. Fuller, H. Ohorodnyk, and Premier Stewart Garson of Manitoba, as well as with various associations and companies, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Bureau of Plant Industry, and the Canadian Pacific Railway (specifically concerning weed control on railway rights of way). The fonds also contains the 35 mm black and white film "Roots in the Ground" and two video tape dubs. of that film

This fonds consists of material relating to Allen's career including his autobiography, correspondence, clippings, honours, and memorials.

These papers include (handwritten and typed): manuscripts, drafts, journal publications, volumes and collections of his work, articles and reviews of his work; volumes of other poets work; personal correspondence and poems from the likes of Margaret Atwood, Milton Acorn, Earle Birney and Irving Layton; photos; vinyl cuts; audio recordings

This fonds consists primarily of lecture notes created by E.F.L. Whitmore for courses he taught at the College of Law. The subjects include income tax, practice, equity, taxation, labour law, Surrogate Court, and wills. The fonds also includes copies of examinations for several courses.

This collection contains print blocks and catalogues/booklets on printing and lithography.

Incomplete collection of 35mm slides used by Gordon Snelgrove in his teaching. These slides were in circulation until 2010. The paper mounted slides include handwritten notes in blue and red pen by Gordon Snelgrove.
Snelgrove’s previously used glass lantern slides were discarded when the Department of Art and Art History moved from the Hangar Building to the Murray Building. Many of the 35mm slides have also been discarded or re-mounted in plastic as the original cardboard mountings were damaged with time.
Also included is a copy of a book annotated by Snelgrove entitled.

This fonds contains extensive material relating to Britnell's work on various Royal Commissions, associations, national and international conferences, including reports, minutes, submissions, and notes. In addition, it contains his personal correspondence, notes from lectures (by Frank Underhill and Harold Laski), articles, and press clippings.

This fond consists of personal and general correspondence of Dr. Bailey with his medical colleagues in Minnesota and Saskatchewan. Some of the correspondence relates to the implementation of Medicare in Saskatchewan and the doctor’s strike. The fonds also includes files relating to Dr. Bailey's work with the Canadian Neurological Society and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. It also includes minutes and memorandums from the Department of Medicine and the Laboratory and X-Ray Committee of the University Hospital.

This fonds contains addresses, correspondence, lecture notes, abstracts and clippings on various areas of agricultural chemistry, including food processing, food production, and nutrition. Additionally, it contains material on industrial and engineering chemistry; administrative material from the department of chemistry; and files on the Board of Grain Commissions, Saskatchewan Co-op Wheat Producers, and Junior Grain Club.

Fonds is a collection of photographs in four separate albums dating between 1907 and 1963 that pertain to the lives of students and staff at the Lebret (Qu’Appelle) Indian Industrial Residential School which was operated by the Roman Catholic Church (Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate and the Grey Nuns) from 1884 until 1973.

This fonds contains files relating to the Department of French, including departmental minutes and annual reports; as well as files on the Library Committee, the Curriculum Revision Committee for Arts and Science, and the University Committee on Student Social Activities.

Fowke. Topics include monetary policy, finance, taxation, banking, agricultural economy and policy, transportation and freight rates.

This fonds contains Professor Arnason's genealogy; correspondence regarding W.P. Thompson's retirement; material relating to the planning and formal opening of the Biology Building; and information concerning the Faculty Association.
