This fonds consists of three series. There are membership lists, ledger, bank book, minutes of meetings, correspondence, newsletters, shipping orders and schedules, and promotional material of the Moose Jaw Film Council during the 1950's and 1960's. Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.

This fonds contains materials pertaining to the training and graduation of Elizabeth Burns from the Moose Jaw Training School for Nurses. Such materials include a diploma, a Moose Jaw General Hospital Alumnae Association certificate, a case containing a reusable glass syringe and needles, a fountain pen with Elizabeth Burns’ name engraved, and a Moose Jaw General Hospital pin.

This fonds consists of the personal and professional papers of Louis H. “Scoop” Lewry from 1947 to 1970. Included is correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports, financial records, press clippings and scrapbooks.

This fonds contains the diaries of Ruby Wilson from 1964 to 1970.

This series contains orders, correspondence, personnel records, minutes, reports, clippings, a photograph album, and two 8mm movie reels, all related to the administration and activities of the COTC.

This fonds consists of correspondence between W. H. Metcalf and May and Osie Beamish and bonds authorized to W. H. Metcalf.

This fonds contains material about the All Saints Church in Middlesbrough, England. It includes histories of the church as well as Father Burn, a newspaper clipping about the church, and photographs of the church. It appears as though this material was mailed to Wild as the material also contains an envelope addressed to Mr. G. Wild from Middlesbrough, England.

This fonds consists of a copy of the Auxiliary constitution and by-laws, minutes of meetings from 1958 to 1973, two guest registers from tea parties and a program for “Pots and Pans” musical presented by the organization.

This fonds includes a statement of accounts of the estate of Walter F. Thorn from October 26, 1967 to October 26, 1973.

This fonds consists primarily of yearly files of the secretary-treasurer of the Tuxford School District board of trustees. These consist of correspondence, banking records, invoices from suppliers for books, building materials, coal and other supplies and services. They also include minutes, school inspection reports and employee records filed by year. There are also a small number of related files and ledgers not organized by year.

This fonds contains two meeting minutes books for the Times-Herald Chapel from 1935 to 1975. The minutes books also contain notes requesting that meetings take place, and a letter indicating to a particular employee that further lateness will result in termination.

This fonds contains correspondences between the CPR and the City of Moose Jaw regarding the 4th Avenue Viaduct, white prints of the Moose Jaw CPR rail yard, and schemes of various Saskatchewan rail yards.

This fonds contains a signed copy of Mildred Russell’s book, “Reflections of Life”, and a newspaper clipping of Russell meeting then Lieutenant-Governor George Porteous.

This collection contains programs from the Moose Jaw Festival of Music and Dance. It contains some programs prior to the addition of dance to the festival, but the majority of the material is from after the dance portion of the competition was added.

This fonds contains the bible of the Zess family. Within the bible are pages of birth, marriage, and death records as well as photographs of select family members.
