The STF's recently appointed general secretary used his first report to Council to sound a warning that teachers must act to save the quality of Saskatchewan's school system. Fred Herron told councillor April 6 the system's quality has been 'jeopardized' in recent months, and he wants teachers to use their substantial influence to correct the situation."
