These volumes include minutes of the annual conferences of Canada and Newfoundland, departmental reports, statistical tables and station lists for each conference, General Conference statistics and an alphabetical index of ministers and probationers for each conference. They cover the years 1914/1915 to 1924/1925.

These volumes contain reports on foreign work, "Indian work" and "Home work" [as named in reports], as well as lists of subscriptions and donations, arranged by district and conference. They cover the years 1885/1886, 1886/1887, 1890/1891to 1894/1895, 1900/1901 to 1905/1906, 1907/1908 to 1916/1917, 1920/1921, 1921/1922, 1923/1924, and 1924/1925.

Volumes are similar to those in the Missionary Society Annual Reports file (A.381.I.2) but only contain subscriptions and donations for Saskatchewan Conference. They were published by the General Conference, rather than Saskatchewan Conference, and cover the years 1917/1918 to 1919/1920 and 1921/1922.

Consists of four volumes of original minutes of the Saskatchewan Conference (1904-1907, 1908-1913, 1914-1920, 1921-1925). The first volume begins with extracts from Proceedings of the Manitoba and North West Conference, June 1904, at which the Assiniboia Conference was formed. The name was changed to Saskatchewan Conference, after a request to the General [Council], in 1906 and the first conference under the new name was held in June 1907.

Volumes contain minutes of the Annual Conference, as well as reports and station lists (which are also included in published minutes). Some localities in Manitoba were included in districts of the Assiniboia/Saskatchewan Conference.
