Arbos May-June, 1970, inside back cover page; "Bill Epp, left, now a teacher in the Art Department of the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Campus, has been in the teaching field for 20 years? Dave Morgan, right, an art teacher at Mount Royal Collegiate, Saskatoon, has been in Canada 18 months." The Saskatchewan Bulletin, Sept. 2, 1969, p. 2; "The exterior of the new Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation building is virtually complete. It is expected that the building will be ready for occupancy by Dec. 1. Located at the corner of Arlington and Louise Avenues in suburban Saskatoon, the building dominates the skyline."

Arbos 1983: STF Memories, p. 48; "These British teachers attending orientation in 1966 were almost the last in a program begun 10 years earlier by the provincial government to alleviate the teacher shortage in Saskatchewan. The government introduced austerity measures before the end of the '60s and the number of teacher positions was reduced drastically as grants were subjected to restraints."
