Fonds consists of material documenting the Uvajuq project. Fonds includes fine art (prints, sketches,and proofs) created by Elsie Anaginak Klengenberg of Holman, Northwest Territories, to illustrate the legend of Uvajuq. Fonds includes exhibition cards and photographs from curated exhibitions of the art in the May Hakongak Cultural Centre, Cambridge Bay, and in Japan. Fonds includes the original oral history report based on interviews with local Inuit elders, the book "Uvajuq: the origin of death", the documentary film "Uvajuq: the origin of death", an archaeological survey prepared for the government of the Northwest Territories, and other textual material related to the creation of Uvajuq Territorial Park.

Fonds consists of audio-visual recordings of oral history interviews conducted with Inuit elders regarding social history, archeology, and traditional Inuit knowledge of Kiluhiqtuq (Beechey Lake), Nunavut. Fonds includes transcripts of the interviews, photographs taken during the project, a map of the region used during planning the research, and two versions of the final report "Kiluhiqturmiut nunaa: Inuinnaqtun immersion and oral history project".

Fonds consists of materials created, accumulated, and used during the writing of "Inukkakanailak and other stories". Fonds includes transcripts of the original stories, edited draft versions of the stories, correspondence with an educational consultant, artwork used in the book, copies of the book, and administrative records.

Fonds documents the Stephen Angulalik: Kitikmeot fur trader exhibition. Fonds includes a mural photograph depicting Stephen Angulalik and his family in front of this trading post and trade goods and personal effects originally owned by Stephen Angulalik. Fonds also includes and copies of a tri-lingual booklet entitled "Stephen Angulalik: Kitikmeot fur trader" written for the exhibition. Fonds includes administrative records.

The fonds consist of the 41 audio cassettes and 10 reel to reel audio tapes of interviews with elders, story telling, museum oral history project, public presentations & special events.

Fonds consists of material relating to Emil George Berg, known as George, including his military career and his death. Fonds contains four series: History, Military, Correspondence, and Newspaper clippings.

Fonds consists of a history of the Swanson family as well as photographs and drawings of members of the Swanson family and a few locations. Fonds contains two series: Family history and Photographs and drawings.

Fonds consists primarily of copies of World War Two diaries maintained by the Saskatoon Light Infantry, January 1940 to December 1944. The diaries generally include a summary of events and information for each day of the month; battalion orders part I relating to movement orders, security, protocol, etc.; part II orders listing names of regiment members under a number of different headings (strength increase/decrease, leaves, honours and awards, etc.); and field returns of officers. A few diaries include photographs. The fonds also includes a scrapbook, notebooks with lists of SLI members, the honour roll, lists of SLI members (including casualties) prepared after the war, and memoirs by Howard Mitchell, W.F. Cozens, R.J. Graham, Frederick A. Clift, R.G. Sawdon, and A Resume of the Story of 1st Battalion The Saskatoon Light Infantry (MG)

The fonds contains one black and white photograph from Gerald Fitzgerald's personal collection. The photograph depicts the Melfort High School's h ockey team from 1930-1931. The team was the winner of the Hobberlin Cup.

This collection consists of oral history interviews with people of note in the Lloydminster and district area conducted or collected by the Local History Committee of the Lloydminster and District Centennial Commemorative Association, Inc. Some of the early interviews, many conducted by Marilyn Thorpe, pre-date the creation of the Association. Subjects include family histories, weddings, child rearing, community activities and events. The collection also contains photographs of a few of the people interviewed.
