The records of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce include information categorized under the following headings: Finance, Correspondence, Transportation, Tourism, Accounting, Minutes, Meetings, Other Chambers, Newsletters, Information Requested, Community Events, Social Events and Fundraisers, Programs, Awards and Scholarships, Lobby Files, Telephone, Oil, and Miscellaneous. Included in these files are textual material, photographs, maps, newspaper articles and printed newsletters. The Chamber of Commerce records its involvement in many of the significant events of Lloydminster's past and gives insight into the gradual expansion of Lloydminster's business community. Because the Chamber of Commerce Fonds covers a wide range of information, it has been divided into a series of accessions.

The fonds is comprised of one album of 26 pages. Twenty-eight original photographs, thirty-six newspaper articles, statistics of progress with the geese, and handwritten commentaries by the members themselves are all laminated within the album.

The collection contains images of Dr. Shadd's farmhouse and farmyard located in the Melfort area at NE 10-46-17 W2nd.

The fonds contains two scanned photographs of Berlin S.D. # 1958 school children. The original photographs date between the years 1928 and 1964. They were scanned at 300 dpi with 16 million colors. The donor, Muriel Rolles, was a teacher at Berlin S.D. #1958 and the photographs are from her personal collection.

The fonds contains black and white photographs from Emma Whittome's private collection. They date from 1908 to the 1950's. Most of the photographs were taken in the town of Melfort and its surrounding area. The two photographs originally belonging to John Fedde were likely taken in the Melfort area, but this cannot be confirmed. Over half of the photographs are of buildings and streets in the town of Melfort including the Lady Minto Hospital, Broadway School, and local churches. Other subjects include the students and teachers from the Naisberry S.D. #788, Belgrave S.D #2587, Prescott S.D. #3953, and Melfort High School.

The fonds contains 11 black and white photographs collected by the Melfort Agricultural Society. The photographs were taken in Melfort, Saskatchewan between 1953 and 1968. They include photographs of society members receiving lifetime memberships and of the Kealey family and farm.

The fonds contains one black and white photograph from Mrs. Jensen's personal collection. The photograph is of Broadway School in Melfort, Saskatchewan and was taken between the years 1913 and 1956.

The fonds contains one black and white photograph from Cecil Fennell's personal collection, taken on June 3, 1927 of the "Old Timers' Reunion" at Melfort's first arena.

The collection includes color and black and white photographs and negatives from Wesley Aikenhead's private collection. Most of the images are of Saskatoon, Melfort and Melfort's surrounding area.

This fonds contains material relating to the research work, students, faculty and administration of the College of Arts and Sciences, and its departments. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; they may also contain material relating to associated national or international organizations, research articles, and addresses.

This fonds contains correspondence, budget and annual reports, and minutes relating to all aspects of the administration of the Division of Life Sciences.

This fonds contains records generated in the course of the administration of the School and Department of Religious Studies, including records relating to students, courses, faculty members, minutes, memoranda, etc. Also included are records pertaining to various national associations, conferences and meetings, etc.

This fonds contains reports published by the Centre, as well as minutes, charter, by-laws, and memoranda relating to its operation and mandate.

This series contains departmental reports, various committee minutes, grant applications, reports on curriculum, and correspondence. In addition, there is material relating to both the Hall Commission and Medicare.
