This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Welcome Wagon Newcomers Alumni Club. Included are the constitution and by-laws, membership lists, agendas and minutes of meetings, and planning lists for activities. There are two coil bound scrapbooks of photographs, cards, and newspaper clippings of Club activities. There are two editions of Welcome Wagon International Handbook and By-Laws.

This fonds consists of six series that are comprised of the 1) Shareholders records, 2) Minutes, 3) Legal and correspondence, 4) Financial records, 5) Operations records, 6) History of the Westview Rural Telephone Company.

This fonds contains a minutes book of the annual meeting of the Westview School District, a book order list for the school district, a letter of correspondence to Mrs. E.J. Forrest the secretary of the Westview School District, and a list of books ordered for the school district and confirmed by the department of education.
