This fonds is composed of nine series including constitutional documents, membership records, minutes, annual reports, correspondence, financial records, various records of the Canadian Federation of University Women, and the records relating to the various scholarships and the preschool managed by the club.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings 1944-1953, book of stock certificates sold in 1948 and 1951, and remaining blank certificates, constitution of the Western Junior Hockey League [194-?], Memorandum of Association 1948, Articles of Association 1948 and yearbooks 1938-1939, 1946-1947,1954-1955, 1960-1961, 1961-1962, 1962-1963 and 1965-1966 of the Canuck Hockey Club. A scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photographs, programs, lists, hand-written statistics and history of the Club from 1933 to 1984.

This fonds consists of a book of share certificates of the Farewell Rural Telephone Company Limited. 14 certificates for a total of 90 shares sold were issued between 1912 and 1919. The remaining certificates in the book are blank.

This fonds consists of a membership roster, 1906, minutes of trustee meetings, 1909, and records of births, baptisms, confirmations, immigration dates, marriages, received members, removed members, and deaths, from 1906 to some entries being made in 1975.
