This collection contains material relating to the life of Lilja Stefansson, mainly her life with Evelyn Rogers. A lot of writing by Lilja as well as Evelyn which documents their lives, as well as clippings, correspondence and other documents. Also documents relating to lesbianism, Lilja’s involvement in Intercultural Grandmothers, her work at SGI, and involvement with the Senior’s Education Centre at the U of R.

The collection contains eight black and white photographs from Evelyn Anderson's personal fonds. The collection includes formal portraits of Evelyn Goodson taken in 1930, photographs of the Melfort Public School, the Melinda School, and the Melfort High School and students, as well as a photograph of a Goodson family gathering in the Naisberry district. Two photographs are copies made ca. 1996, while another photograph is a scanned copy made in 2003 all done by the Melfort & District Museum.

Fonds consists of photographs depicting Etta Birdsall; the Regina General Hospital and Nurses' Residence Wing; and physicians, nurses and nursing students. Fonds also contains a postcard of the Metropolitan Methodist Church and YWCA buildings of Regina, and a list of instructions for the hours, duties, decorum and attire of waitress work nurses (kitchen staff) employed in the Nurses' Home.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Alameda, Estevan and Arcola-Estevan Presbyteries, their secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada and by the Presbyterian Church in Canada, prior to 1925.

Contents include minutes (1906-1951) and Statistical Records of Home Missions (1912-1935). Minute books document meetings of pre-union Alameda Presbytery, as well as United Church successor, Estevan Presbytery.

Typewritten copies of E. Howe’s three radio talks on the Ontario Rural Folk Lore and the war songs, shanty songs, and farmer songs of the 1880’s and 1890’s.

This fonds contains personal correspondence and professional and academic materials relating to Simpson's career at the University, including memorabilia relating to student life in the late 1920s and later material relating to the history of the College of Home Economics; as well as material pertaining to the life and activities of Simpson's sister, P.W. Rowles; husband, G.W. Simpson; and her husband's first wife, M. Simpson. The bulk of the material regarding M. Simpson is a collection of prints and printing blocks illustrating the campus of the University of Saskatchewan.

This fonds contains material relating to issues of nutrition, home economy, rural life and consumer advice. It includes material relating to the Federated Women's Institutes of Canada and various branches of the Saskatchewan Women's Institutes, together with documentation created during Emmie Oddie's career and voluntary service interests. Additionally, this fonds contains material created by, collected by, or about Emmie's mother and sister, and their careers.

The fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, speeches and addresses, briefs and submissions, clippings, reports, articles, minutes, certificates, plaques, statements of claims and judgments pertaining to the activities, interests and career of Emmett M Hall.

The fonds contains black and white photographs from Emma Whittome's private collection. They date from 1908 to the 1950's. Most of the photographs were taken in the town of Melfort and its surrounding area. The two photographs originally belonging to John Fedde were likely taken in the Melfort area, but this cannot be confirmed. Over half of the photographs are of buildings and streets in the town of Melfort including the Lady Minto Hospital, Broadway School, and local churches. Other subjects include the students and teachers from the Naisberry S.D. #788, Belgrave S.D #2587, Prescott S.D. #3953, and Melfort High School.

This collection consists of materials by and about Emile Petitot amassed by Mr. Savoie in his work with the department of Indian and Northern Affairs. Most of the records are photocopies of manuscripts, articles, and personal letters, the originals of which date from the late 1800s. The collection also contains books by or about Petitot and a few maps.

Fonds consists of material relating to Emil George Berg, known as George, including his military career and his death. Fonds contains four series: History, Military, Correspondence, and Newspaper clippings.
