Series consists of files relating to student ministers and the various charges they worked with, in Saskatchewan Conference. Contents include: reports of students in mission fields; correspondence pertaining to funding and expenses, appointment of student missionaries and work done by student missionaries on mission charges; reports pertaining to conditions in charge or field that student missionaries served during the summer; family lists from fields compiled by student missionaries; Student Field Application forms; reports of supervising pastors; and student evaluations of missionary work.

Overhead projection sheets, (photocopied) pertaining to a survey regarding amalgamation of charges in the Assiniboia, Battleford and Yorkton Presbyteries.

Series contains correspondence regarding financial assistance to charges in Saskatchewan Conference presbyteries, as well as miscellaneous correspondence of the presbyteries, annual reports, and financial statements.
