The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.

Contents include: minutes; correspondence; a presbytery survey (1969); statistics for 1960; Regina United Church Ministerial Association minutes (1926-1966), correspondence and clippings; and a record of “Resolutions of Regina Presbytery on Temperance” (1922). There are also files relating to the Home for Native Girls that was operated in Regina in the 1960s and 1970s.

Volumes are similar to those in the Missionary Society Annual Reports file (A.381.I.2) but only contain subscriptions and donations for Saskatchewan Conference. They were published by the General Conference, rather than Saskatchewan Conference, and cover the years 1917/1918 to 1919/1920 and 1921/1922.

File of Dr. D.S. Dix, as Secretary of the Committee, which includes minutes of the July 26, 1923 meeting of the Provincial Church Union Committee and correspondence concerning provincial meetings of the Committee, meetings throughout the province at which the subject of union was to be presented by Eastern Canadian clergy, and the appointment of counsel in connection with the presentation of the provincial Church Union Bill.

Two mimeographed copies of document "Is There Not A Way Out?" by D.R. Drummond (April 5, 1923), one with changes and annotations written on it. Much of this mimeographed version appears to have been used in the publication of the same name, listed in A.381.IV.C.7.

Files include minutes of Saskatchewan Synod, documenting actions of the Synod, as well as Presbytery Rolls, which give the name of the congregation, minister in charge and address, and the name of the representative elder.
