This fonds contains meeting minutes and other related materials such as newspaper clippings, and materials of the related Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan Inc.
This collection reflects the historical research conducted by Ken Bradley in preparation for his book entitled Out of bounds: a century of golf in Moose Jaw. The research includes print outs and photocopies of newspaper articles, primarily from the Moose Jaw Time Herald, about golf in Moose Jaw from 1900-2008. It also includes summaries written by Bradley of golf happenings in the area.

This collection contains letters written by Anna Charlotte Orr to her husband Albert Norman Collard before and after they were married. It also contains a family tree and other genealogical research compiled by Norman Collard. Though the information is part of a larger history of the Collard family, the records contained pertain mainly to Anna Charlotte Orr who was from Moose Jaw.
This series contains documents pertaining to various events hosted and attended by Rotary club members. It includes posters for events, such as comedy nights and business achievement awards, as well as information about the Rotary District Conferences. It contains a centennial planning kit, a slide presentation about Moose Jaw for incoming exchange students and correspondence regarding the organization’s involvement with Festival of Words.
This fonds contains an article on Dr. Gordon Shepherd from The Luther Story, a periodical published by the Luther College High School in Regina, Saskatchewan. The article, along with several books on the Shepherd family, was accumulated by Silvia Gow, daughter of William and Fanny Shepherd.
This series contains three manuals for various officers of the Moose Jaw singles club, and a booklet on the history of the Fifth Wheel Club. The manuals are made up of the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes and information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan.
This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Eastview Homemakers’ Club. It contains written histories, photographs, correspondence, reports, programs of events, and newspaper clippings. Many loose sheets are inserted into the Citizenship and Legislation notebook.
This fonds reflects the activities of the Cosmo Drama Club. It is comprised of three series: general business records, scrapbooks, and skits and workshops. It includes financial records, such as receipts and account balances, meeting minutes, memorabilia, skit scripts and an audiocassette of a workshop.
This subseries contains records pertaining to the lawsuit of Jerry Kaiser versus The City of Moose Jaw. It consists of examinations, responses, correspondences, briefs, and environmental monitoring and impact assessments of the Kaiser portion of the Baildon Coulee.
The Elks Club fonds consists of 11 series: Scrapbooks and Clippings, Financial Records, Legal Documents, Meetings and Conferences, Publications, Correspondence, Membership, Events, Rules and Regulations, History of the Lodge and Lodge Renovations. This fonds also contains some material from the Elks Club auxiliary group, The Order of the Royal Purple.
