This series consists of correspondences from the Moose Jaw & District Seniors Association to the Moose Jaw Camping Club, and from the club to former club president June Helm.

This series includes financial records of the Moose Jaw Camping Club, such as bank deposit books, receipt books, treasurer’s reports, a cash receipt book, and an accounting booklet from the bank.

This series includes correspondences between the Moose Jaw Camping Club and organizations and agencies such as Saskatchewan Parks and Renewable Resources. The majority of the letters having been sent by Secretary-Treasurer Linda Reaume, with few having been sent by Secretary Ethel Reid.

This series includes general information on the history of the club, the duties of its officers, the club’s objectives, meeting procedures, and two reports: one on a camp-out to Thompson Lake, and another on a propane outlet survey.
