The Rosetown General Photograph Collection spans approximately ten decades of the history of Rosetown and district, consisting of photographs taken by and collected by the Rosetown Centennial Library Archives.

Photographs depicting life living and working at a Grain Elevator in rural Saskatchewan, as well as travel to the United States and other social gatherings.

Books related to Indian Head and district - either about this area or by or about people who lived in the area.

In this collection there are many photographs of the school houses, children and staff, as well as textual records detailing their construction and operation.

Documents, photos and maps related to the history of the Town of Indian Head from the arrival of the first farmer settlers to the present.

The fonds consists of records created by Arcola-Estevan Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its successor, Souris Valley Presbyterial U.C.W., and their predecessors: Arcola-Estevan Presbyterial of the W.A. (Woman's Association); and Arcola, Estevan, Alameda Presbyterials of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: minutes, programs, and related Presbyterial meeting and Committee records; reports and financial records; membership lists; and correspondence.

This fonds is divided into four accessions. The first consists of the departmental correspondence and reports. The majority of this accession deals with the organization and production of Summer Tours to small centres in Saskatchewan and Manitoba (1948-1950). The second accession includes a calender of performances (1946-1969), scripts and prompt books. The third accession includes class lists, lecture notes, annual reports (1955-1975), Greystone Theatre records and files relating to Drama Department productions (1947-1971). Production files contain programs, photos, reviews, box office receipts, correspondence, cast lists etc. The fourth accession contains lecture notes, essays, and writings of Emrys Jones, the first head of the department.

This fonds contains material relating to theatre in Saskatchewan. In particular, productions from the University of Saskatchewan (Greystone Theatre) and Gateway Players are well represented, but there is also material from numerous other theatre groups, including The Actor’s Lab, New Theatre Co-op, and Saskatoon Community Players. This fonds contains programmes from various plays, concerts, and cultural events, together with numerous productions in which Chrisse Bornstein played a role, either as an actor or behind the scenes. This information has been included within the file descriptions.

Minutes, financial fonds, and publications "The Bull Sheet" and "The Antelope;" as well as miscellaneous ephemera.

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Uranium City Pastoral Charge and its constituent churches (Uranium City, Gunnar and Eldorado) – the boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.

Contents include: Official Boards and congregational meetings; correspondence; newsletters and reports; historic membership and communion rolls; a guest book and church history file; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials held at Uranium City, Gunnar, Eldorado, Bushell and related locations.

Most of the material is included in a few series (Glenn Lunn Circle, Friendly Neighbors Club, 4H Club) - many books of club minutes, events or projects. Other series, such as the lodges, RCMP, Postmasters Association have only a few items.

This collection contains books, magazines, and a variety of ephemera associated with themes of Canadiana, advertising, keys, locks, and locksmithing, mysteries, socialism, sex and gender, science fiction, western living, adventure.

: The majority of this fonds is material related to the research for Waiser’s published works. It contains material relating to Waiser’s academic and writing career including instructional material; assessments and referential material; and research and publication activities. The 2023 accrual contains material relating to the significant public recognition of Waiser’s body of work, including his investiture into the Order of Canada; his Governor-General’s Award for Non-Fiction; the Governor-General’s History Award for Popular Media; the Saskatchewan Book Award for Non-Fiction; the Cheryl and Henry Kloppenburg Award for Literary Excellence; the JB Tyrrell Medal (Royal Society); and the Clio Prize Lifetime Achievement Award (Canadian Historical Association), among others. Much of the work included here was created following Waiser’s retirement from the University of Saskatchewan; and includes material relating to his interest in making history accessible to a wide audience.
