The fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, speeches and addresses, briefs and submissions, clippings, reports, articles, minutes, certificates, plaques, statements of claims and judgments pertaining to the activities, interests and career of Emmett M Hall.

The material in this fonds documents Berry’s research, writing and teaching career at the University of Western Ontario and University of Saskatchewan, as well as work undertaken on behalf of their Faculty Associations.

The fonds primarily consists of material about Max Jacob compiled and organized by Maria Green, based on research in libraries and archives in North America and Europe. This includes correspondence, writings by and about Jacob, drawings by Jacob, works with references to Jacob, and Green’s index cards including an extensive set of subject-based cards. There is also some material relating to Green’s work (edited collections, articles, awards, etc.).
Where possible, the order established by Green has been maintained, based on available file lists and numbering on file folders. The fonds is organized as follows:

This fonds consists of material relating to Ridgway's military service, his scholarly research concerning the work of Voltaire and Chamfort particularly, his career with the University of Saskatchewan, and his work on internal university committees, professional associations, external agencies (such as Canadian University Service Overseas and the Saskatoon Symphony Board), as well as materials relating to his classes and lectures.

This fonds contains several drafts of the play "Chokecherry Wine (or the Hafford Wedding Caper)" including the version edited for high schools; material concerning the arrangements and expenses for the 1974 Strolling Players tour, as well as a diary of their 1975 tour.

This fonds contains reports, addresses, and articles by Haslam, as well as reprints of articles and dissertation summaries produced by the Department of Physics Betatron Group, 1951-1956. Additionally, it contains correspondence, membership lists, submissions, and clippings related to the Association of Retired Faculty.

This fonds contains biographical data, correspondence, lectures and addresses, exhibition catalogues, and sketches. Most of the material deals with Kenderdine's career as an artist, art teacher and founder of the Emma Lake Art School (now known as the Kenderdine Campus). There are a substantial number of photographs: of the Kenderdine family; Emma Lake; Kenderdine in his studio or instructing students; and scenic views; as well as several portraits of natives by E.N. Davis. Additionally, there are scrapbooks and miscellaneous collected items: medals and Boer War postcards.

This fonds consists of material used, created, and accumulated by Arthur Moxon. The fonds contains correspondence concerning a number of organizations, associations, and committees with which Moxon was associated. The fonds also includes notes and records related to lectures given by Moxon on various legal topics. In addition, the fonds includes a file of correspondence concerning business conducted while Moxon was in private practice including requests for information on points of law or advice about how to proceed in legal matters.

This fonds primarily consists of correspondence between J.A. Sharrard and his wife, Edith. The correspondence pertains to missionary work in India, individuals and activities at the University of Saskatchewan and in Saskatoon, the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic, and family life. The fonds includes some drawings and notes written by Sharrard’s daughter Ruth. It also contains a small file of notes for sermons or speeches as well as a few postcards and photographs.

This fonds contains files relating to Professor Byers research in Northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba, specifically Amisk, Wildnest, Annabel, Waddy, Neagle, Face, Errington, Black and Pillow lakes; Flin Flon; and Missi Island.

This fonds contains correspondence with family, friends and colleagues; biographical and research grant information; research and bibliographic files and notes; manuscripts and typescripts of published and unpublished scholarly articles, book reviews, addresses and books; lecture notes and course materials; as well as drafts and typescripts of plays, short stories and several books for youth. A large percentage of the research files contain photocopies of secondary and primary materials.

This fonds consists of biographical data, correspondence with family, friends, colleagues and gallery curators; lecture notes, articles, poems, exhibition catalogues, and roughly 700 sketches.

This collection contains the papers, pamphlets, reports, correspondence, and newspaper clippings which Dr. K.A.H. Buckley has collected from his involvement in the South Saskatchewan River Project. The material has been arranged according to the groupings and headings which Dr. Buckley has assigned them.

This collection contains 13 photo albums and 1 scrapbook documenting the Department of Anatomy including symposiums, retirements and classes. Many of the photos have been labelled. The images include photographs of faculty, staff, and students of that department; and various departmental gatherings, conferences, etc

The fonds includes paintings, sketches and memorabilia relating to the artistic pursuits and output of Olena (Sherven) Smith; and material relating to Tom Smith’s careers and interests, particularly archaeology and local history, as well as engineering and farming, including documentation of his job on the engineering crew for the Alaska Highway.
