This collection consists of annual reports created by more than 220 pastoral charges that existed within the boundaries of the United Church of Canada Saskatchewan Conference, from the late-1960s through 2018, and Living Skies Regional Council, from 2019 through 2021. Some church newsletters, financial statements, histories and associated documents are also included.

Contents include: reproductions of the Basis of Union (1925) and related documents; published reproductions of General Council [meetings], as well as meeting agendas and reports; UCC Year Books, with detailed lists of pastoral charges and various national statistics and reports; multiple editions of the UCC Manual; minutes and reports from the Board of Home Missions, Board of Evangelism and Social Services, Division of Mission, Board of Colleges and Secondary Schools; Division of Ministry Personnel and Education; and published documents of Regina College (1911-1934); and items from St. Andrew's College Diamond Jubilee.

The collection consists of primarily textual items, published by the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Contents include published Acts and Proceedings (with minutes of the General Assembly, reports, etc.), materials related to the Committee on Church Union and the Presbyterian Church Association, as well as a range of other documents and publications about Church Union, especially the Presbyterian debates on that topic.

The collection consists of publications relating the Women's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Contents include: reports of the Women's Foreign Missionary Society, Women's Home Missionary Society (Western Division), Women's Missionary Society; an issue of the publication "The Message" (1902); and history books/documents about church missions and missionary work.

The collection contains the Canadian Congregational Year Book, published by the Congregational Union of Canada, in 1925.
