The Westcott-Hurley Collection contains many finished paintings, sketches, and experimental artworks by Hurley as well as correspondence, newspaper clippings, slides and photographs of Hurley, as well as his family, friends, and things that interested him.

This fonds consists of correspondence, research notes, drafts, and manuscripts relating to King's books: "A Book of Canadian Poems;" "A Book of Essays;" "Extending the Boundaries;" "The First Fifty;" "Saskatchewan: The Making of a University;" "Saskatchewan Harvest;" and "Three Stories by Joseph Conrad." Additionally, it includes King's articles, lectures, and addresses dealing primarily with Canadian literature. There is also material related to King's other interests: the career and works of G.B. Shaw and R.A. Wilson, provincial and national library associations, and pacifism.

This fonds contains files relating to the Department of French, including departmental minutes and annual reports; as well as files on the Library Committee, the Curriculum Revision Committee for Arts and Science, and the University Committee on Student Social Activities.

This collection contains the papers, pamphlets, reports, correspondence, and newspaper clippings which Dr. K.A.H. Buckley has collected from his involvement in the South Saskatchewan River Project. The material has been arranged according to the groupings and headings which Dr. Buckley has assigned them.

This collection contains correspondence relating to Fenton’s professional and private life—including a great deal of correspondence with notable artists, art dealers, and galleries. The fonds also contains working and completed drafts of his writing, and research notes, clippings, and photocopies related thereto. Working files from his periods of directorship, and from his time running Terry Fenton Art Services are also present. News clippings and articles about Fenton are dispersed throughout.
Art / travel journals are also included, as is an extensive collection of photographs and slides both documenting Fenton’s inventory of his own work, and also showing a range of art by others encountered over his career. A number of more personal photographs, slides and videos show artists at work and at play at a variety of workshops, and in a variety of settings. Digital and physical landscape photographs used for inspiration in Fenton’s painting are also present.
A large portion of the collection is comprised of Fenton’s library, which includes publications from the Edmonton Art Gallery, the Mendel Art Gallery, and the Leighton Foundation, as well as more general collected texts, works by Fenton, and an extensive collection of exhibition catalogues.

This collection primarily reflects Zepp’s interest in Inuit art and artists. It includes interviews with artists, images taken over the course of several years of the northern landscape, community and individuals. Importantly, Zepp and Varga spent time at fishing and hunting camps or in the homes of artists, and the resulting material reflects that friendship and intimate relationship. Material created or acquired during Zepp’s career as a curator is also evident, including a significant photo resource of Inuit art from major collections. The reference library is an uniquely complete set of articles and major works relating to Inuit art in Canada. Additionally, the collection includes material relating to a number of other artists, predominantly from Saskatchewan, whose work Zepp admired (in many instances, Zepp organized the first major exhibition of their work).

This fonds contains Professor Eager's files on the Alumni Association, Faculty Association, Canadian Committee on Counselling for Engineering, and radio broadcasts for "The World of Chemistry," as well as personal correspondence and lecture notes. In addition, there are several research files on uranium, lignite, kinetics, silicates, and radiation chemistry.

This fonds contains materials relating to Beach’s academic career and interests in psychology, human behaviour, and counseling; as well as material relating to World War II, conflict in general, and behaviour under various forms of stress.

This fonds contains copies of research materials, notes, clippings, articles and correspondence related to the research, writing and publication of books, articles, series, blogs and websites. Also includes original illustrations, poetry, personal photographs and correspondence. It also contains notes, clippings, articles and correspondence related to the research, writing and publication of the book Saskatchewan Heroes and Rogues. Material is organized by the name of the person profiled. Profiles include: Will James; Joan Bamford Fletcher; Jean Ewen; Gladys Arnold; Morris "Two Gun" Cohen; Richard St. Barbe Baker; Tom Hourie; Norman Falkner; Charlie Palmer; Father Claffey; Emma Woikin; and Kate Rice.

This fonds contains material relating to theatre in Saskatchewan. In particular, productions from the University of Saskatchewan (Greystone Theatre) and Gateway Players are well represented, but there is also material from numerous other theatre groups, including The Actor’s Lab, New Theatre Co-op, and Saskatoon Community Players. This fonds contains programmes from various plays, concerts, and cultural events, together with numerous productions in which Chrisse Bornstein played a role, either as an actor or behind the scenes. This information has been included within the file descriptions.

This fonds contains correspondence, clippings, financial fonds, reports, and notes pertaining to the activities and interests of R.C. Carter.

This collection includes Howdy McPhail’s aerial photographs, predominantly of individual farms and views of towns and cities. Some images are of specific landmarks, scenic views, or fauna. All images are identified and a majority are dated. A second accrual contains examples of printed calendars and postcards that were sold by McPhail, as well as some correspondence and other business documentation. Images used in an exhibition curated by Helen Marzolf were added in 2018. Further accruals of correspondence, order forms, negatives and prints were interfiled in Series B.

The contents of this fonds is primarily drafts and clippings of articles and editorials by Margaret Weiers. The fonds also includes the first draft of manuscript Against The Odds which became Envoys Extraordinary: Women of the Canadian Foreign Service, published by Dundurn Press in 1995.

This fonds reflects Holmlund’s interest in the philosophy of education, his varied career at the University of Saskatchewan, and his concern for an equitable society. It is particularly valuable as a source for university history, specifically for the period of Leo Kristjanson’s tenure; and for issues surrounding health delivery, education, and the College of Medicine; the development of computer / IT services on campus; and First Nations educational opportunities. As a reflection of planning at a post-secondary U-15 institution, this fonds is particularly strong, notably for the materials surrounding the Issues and Options project.
