A hardcover 202-page note book (21 cm X 33 cm) containing hand-written meeting minutes for Katepwe (Katepwa) SD 116 from 1932 to1963. For most of the early minutes, Kenelm Skinner was the chairman or the secretary.

1958 Environmental Report on Sunny Slope School , sent with official letter (Feb. 20, 1959) from the Regional Medical Health Officer; stapled to it is an open letter from Andrew Dickson, Secretary-Treasurer of the R.M. of Indian Head #156 offering 2 cents per gopher tail to students presenting the tails to their teacher.

Handwritten letter of application by Grace Ella Clarke for teacher's position at the Sunny Slope school. Ms. Clarke attached annual Inspector's reports from her years of teaching at Strathcarrol and Balcarres and other letters of recommendation.
