The collection contains 32 black and white photographs and 64 color photographs dating from 1902 to 1986. All of the photographs were taken in Melfort, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas. They include photographs of local business, locations, and citizens. As well, there are a large number of images from the ceremony that was held in 1980 in celebration of Melfort's transition from town to city.

The fonds contains 23 black and white photographs, 21 black and white negatives, and 1 photocopy of a photograph from Charles Hillary Hopkins' private collection. The majority of the photographs were reprinted in 1996, but the original copies of these photographs date from the 1930's to 1959. The photographs were taken in Melfort, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas including the Stoney Creek and Whittome districts. They include images of Melfort High School (Melfort Collegiate Institute)students and staff, Broadway School students, snow plowing, and a flood.

Fonds include black and white photographs and negatives of Melfort, surrounding district, farmsteads, and threshing activities, as well as McAusland, Robson, Kirkpatick, and Sparrow family photographs.

The collection contains two black and white photographs from Alfred Craig's personal collection. One features 34 boys standing/sitting in front of a building, (taken approx. 1934). The other photograph is a formal portrait of Laura Craig believed to have been taken during the 1940s.

Fonds consists of correspondence, memoranda, minutes, handbooks, collective agreements, articles, forms, and newspaper clippings pertaining to the activities of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses Local 106.

Fonds consists of a Graduation Banquet guest book, signed by those in attendance at the annual spring banquet for the years 1966 and 1967.

This fonds consists of chapter meeting minutes, various social reports, numerous scrapbooks, and a small collection of miscellaneous items all collected and donated by the club Beta Sigma Phi. This fonds is composed of the following series: Chapter Meeting Minutes; Social Reports; Scrapbooks; Textual Records.

The fonds consists of meeting minutes, photographs, real estate brochures, convention programs, news-clippings, etc. all pertaining to real estate in general. Most items are specific to the Battlefords Real Estate Board.

This collection contains photos accumulated by the Barr Colony Heritage Cultural Centre.

This fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, financial records, newspaper clippings, photographs and adverting materials (posters) pertaining to arts and culture in the Battlefords. Also included are exhibits, local artists and activities of the North Battleford Art Club, Battlefords Allied Arts Council, community players and other artists who exhibited or participated in the Saskatchewan Handicraft festivals.
