This fonds consists of two publications researched and written by Dr. Rajput during the Covid-19 lockdown.

This fonds contains materials relating to Pierson’s research interests, and his collaborative work with graduate students and faculty from medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine, and computational science. Pierson and the reproductive biology research unit made medical history when they were the first to capture natural human ovulation, witnessed with the use of an intra-vaginal probe to produce ultrasound waves. Those original images, on video tape, form part of this fonds; as do other images and data relating to Pierson’s research in reproductive technologies.

This collection contains administrative files from the Dept. of Surgery, including departmental meetings; as well as grants and awards; Dr. Colquhoun's membership in various societies and associations including the Cancer Society and the Saskatchewan Medical Association; and research and lecture notes. There is also a file relating to the Medical Care Commission.

Awards won by Dr. Ernest H. Baergen, one of the first graduates of the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.

The fonds, related to Doctor John David Keene, were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

This fond consists of personal and general correspondence of Dr. Bailey with his medical colleagues in Minnesota and Saskatchewan. Some of the correspondence relates to the implementation of Medicare in Saskatchewan and the doctor’s strike. The fonds also includes files relating to Dr. Bailey's work with the Canadian Neurological Society and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. It also includes minutes and memorandums from the Department of Medicine and the Laboratory and X-Ray Committee of the University Hospital.

This fonds contains considerable information pertaining to the militia and various aspects of the military in Canada, including Defence Medical Associations. Dr. Begg's academic career is also well documented, including publications, lectures, grant applications, material relating to cancer research, and promotions and committee work at the University of Saskatchewan. Additionally, there is considerable material on the Medical Research Council, [Royal] University Hospital Board and the various societies and associations to which Dr. Begg belonged.

This fonds contains personal and professional correspondence, lecture materials, reference and research files, and records pertaining to associations, organizations, and societies. This information relates primarily to Louis Horlick's academic and medical career as a cardiologist specializing in the cause and treatment of coronary heart disease.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, and reports relating to the administration and the activities of the department. Included are the publications and presentations of Dr. D.G. McKerracher, Department Head (1954-1970).

This fonds contains Professor Altschul's personal papers, including the manuscripts of his two novels, "Trilemma" and "Vorgestern und Uebermorgern," various poems, stories, and articles, as well as personal correspondence, finances, and family memorabilia. It also contains his books "Arteriosclerosis" and "Endothelium," and three books by other authors. Many of the stories, articles, and correspondence refer to the sinking of the Athenia. This fonds also contains files relating to Professor Altschul's research activities, particularly in the fields of arteriosclerosis, endothelium, and niacin.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, minutes and reports related to the administration and activities of the department. Included are applications to various agencies which provide grants for medical research (1952-1974). These files consist of applications, biographical data, project proposals, correspondence and reports of results.

This fonds documents Allan Gonor’s active engagement with the people he met and the cultures he experienced. His was a curiosity borne of genuine interest, which manifested itself not only in his work as a physician, but also in his avocation: art; and in the numerous films and photographs he took. These document the local communities in and near North Battleford, Saskatchewan; including Hutterite colonies and First Nations reserves; as well as countries around the world. It documents his life and career, his interest in indigenous art and culture, and reflects his friendships with a wide variety of artists and writers, as well as the numerous individuals he met.

This fonds contains personal correspondence, travel diaries, lecture and research notes, seminar presentations, Jaques' undergraduate note books, personal reminiscences, and files relating to the activities of the Canadian Hemophilia Society and the Anglican Church of Canada.

This fonds contains material relating to the students, faculty and administration of the College of Medicine. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; as well as considerable material relating to national and provincial professional associations, health organizations, and research work.

Fonds contains records and photos of the Saskatoon Sanatorium. The Saskatoon Sanatorium was established in 1925, located at 1430 Avenue M South. The sanatorium buildings were demolished in 1989 and the property was repurposed into a public park.
