One photo shows the residence of Levi Beck. Erected in 1902 with 250 foot frontage on Smith Street, between 1st. and 2nd. Avenues.

The one building the left is a Roman Catholic Church (steeple and crucifix on the roof); the priest, Father Collins, lived in the residence next door. Located on 5th Avenue West on the north side of the 1st (100) block.

A large house with a creek running in front of it, known locally as 'the Priest's House up on the Hill'.
