This fonds contains; maps such as Rural Municipalities and sub-divisions; Minutes and bylaws of the organization; promotional material such posters and advertisements. Also contained are certificates, programs, listings of events, newspapers and some photographs.

Collection consists of 13 files of scrap book pages containing indexed clippings of Saskatoon Star Phoenix newspaper articles and pictures relating to local events, buildings, locations, industry and business, etc., usually with an historical or heritage theme.
