Artist's sketch of Chateau Qu'Appelle, the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway hotel planned for Regina that was never built. It was planned for the corner of Albert Street and 16th Avenue (now College Avenue) where the Royal Saskatchewan Museum now stands.

A branch of the Bank of British North America opened in the angular building at the right center in 1903. The Anglican Church built in 1898, is seen at the end of the street.
