This fonds consists of material reflecting Professor Allely's interest in and work with the Canadian Armed Forces, including mobilization planning at the University, the Joint Services University Training Committee, the Canadian Officers Training Corps, and lectures on military history. This fonds contains a number of files concerning feminism and the status of women, including the Federal Government Advisory Council and the Saskatchewan Action Committee on the Status of Women. There are also several subject files containing pamphlets on topics such as family planning, marriage contracts, rape, sex stereotyping, and women in education, politics, religion, and the labour force. There are files on women in Canadian universities, the Saskatoon Business and Professional Women's Association, International Women's Year, Florence Howe, Edith Rowles Simpson, and the Saskatchewan Conference on Children. The fonds contains various publications, including "Federal Services for Women," "Status of Women News," "Towards Equality for Women," "Continuum," "Upstream," and "Canadian Newsletter of Research on Women" (later known as "Resources for Feminist Research"). This fonds also contains a binder of publications and ephemera from Saskatchewan's Golden Jubilee (1955).

This fonds includes materials relating to Patricia Monture’s teaching, research, and professional activities on campus, as well as an extensive collection of materials relating to Indigenous rights, women’s rights, Indigenous women’s rights, the Canadian justice system, and how the Canadian justice system interacts with Aboriginal, female, and Aboriginal female offenders. The papers also explore issues of child welfare and domestic violence. A number of legal documents are included, as are materials relating to Indigenous self-governance, treaties, and the Indian Act. Also included are materials relating to Monture’s involvement in a number of national commissions including the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples, the task force on federally sentenced women, and the task force on the use of solitary confinement in federal prisons. Through Monture’s correspondence, it is possible to get a sense of what it was like working as an Indigenous woman in academia during this period.

This fonds reflects Holmlund’s interest in the philosophy of education, his varied career at the University of Saskatchewan, and his concern for an equitable society. It is particularly valuable as a source for university history, specifically for the period of Leo Kristjanson’s tenure; and for issues surrounding health delivery, education, and the College of Medicine; the development of computer / IT services on campus; and First Nations educational opportunities. As a reflection of planning at a post-secondary U-15 institution, this fonds is particularly strong, notably for the materials surrounding the Issues and Options project.

This fonds contains records mainly related to Sylvia’s time as Lieutenant Governor, with correspondence, invitations, clippings, photographs and memorabilia. It also includes documents from her career as a physicist including correspondence, notes, and clippings. Clippings, photographs, and correspondence relating to Sylvia’s involvement in sports is included – predominantly curling and golf, but also fishing, baseball, basketball, and track and field. There is extensive photography and other materials documenting her travels around the world, as well as gatherings with friends and family.

Fowke. Topics include monetary policy, finance, taxation, banking, agricultural economy and policy, transportation and freight rates.

This fonds consists primarily of materials relating to Dr. Hasell's research, writing, and teaching. It includes Dr. Gordon Snelgrove's teaching copy of "Art Through the Ages," Ukrainian embroidery samples originally collected by the Saskatoon Arts and Crafts Society, research papers, and 1,012 slides relating to art history and furniture design.

This fonds documents amateur and professional theatre in and around Saskatoon and contains extensive material relating to the design of costumes, including background research and watercolour design sketches.

This fonds contains a binder of articles and photographs documenting costume design, and part of the material appears to have been catalogued as part of the College of Home Economics Guilford Costume Collection. There are also numerous, uncatalogued photographs (sepia and black and white), primarily of individuals and presumably collected to document costume and fashion. There are also a small number of photographs of Pense, Regina, and Regina Beach, Saskatchewan.

The bulk of this fondsl deals with the career of Richard Rempel and post-career project, the biography of the University of Saskatchewan’s third President, W.P. Thompson. This fonds also contains materials relating to the Rempel family, to the academic careers of Jacob and Richard Rempel and to the University of Saskatchewan. In particular, it provides the most extensive source available to date relating to Richard Rempel and Charles Lightbody.

This fonds contains correspondence, legal documents, articles, journals, speeches, radio broadcasts, case studies, briefs, minutes, reports, memoranda, and legislation pertaining to the personal, legal, academic and public interests and activities of F.C. Cronkite.

This fonds contains information concerning college, departmental and University administration, including files on both the Dept. of Audio-Visual Services and the College of Home Economics, as well as on various committees, including the Ad Hoc Committee on Sex, Alcoholism and Drugs, and the Faculty Association. There is also material on several professional associations, including the Canadian Association of Sport Sciences, the Sask. Physical Therapists Association, and the Canadian Federation of Biological Societies. Along with his personal correspondence and lecture notes, this fonds also contains Dr. Millar's research notes, involving his work on thermistors, nicotinic acid, vitamin K, and his correspondence with the National Research Council.
