This fonds contains records mainly related to Sylvia’s time as Lieutenant Governor, with correspondence, invitations, clippings, photographs and memorabilia. It also includes documents from her career as a physicist including correspondence, notes, and clippings. Clippings, photographs, and correspondence relating to Sylvia’s involvement in sports is included – predominantly curling and golf, but also fishing, baseball, basketball, and track and field. There is extensive photography and other materials documenting her travels around the world, as well as gatherings with friends and family.

The fonds includes paintings, sketches and memorabilia relating to the artistic pursuits and output of Olena (Sherven) Smith; and material relating to Tom Smith’s careers and interests, particularly archaeology and local history, as well as engineering and farming, including documentation of his job on the engineering crew for the Alaska Highway.

Some material, particularly relating to Taube’s death, was added to the fonds by his widow Mary Alice Taube; this material includes obituaries from several newspapers, condolence letters and cards, and material relating to the memorial service at Stanford. Photographs include documentation of the Nobel Prize ceremony, including the presentation by King Carl Gustaf; other award ceremonies; international trips including to Japan, China and Taiwan as a visiting lecturer; informal photos from various years; formal portraits and head shots; giving lectures and with students; colleagues from Stanford including fellow Nobel laureates; and more.

This fonds contains materials primarily relating to Moyer’s musical career. It includes reel-to-reel tapes of sessions, live night club performances, dances and other concerts, studio recordings, and interviews. In addition there are numerous early vinyl recordings, posters, memorabilia, and some personal biographical materials.

This fonds contains material pertaining to the research and instructional activities of the University's Agricultural Engineering Department. Specifically, this collection provides documentation on the development of agricultural machinery and agricultural practices in the Canadian west.

This collection contains considerable material relating to aviation history, particularly in western and northern Canada, including material on: the Keng Wah Aviation School for Nationalist Chinese pilots; the RCAF; illustrations of the technology of flight; reference material; and microfilms of the Hudson Strait Expedition fonds (1927-1928) and "The Bulletin" (Western Canada Airways, 1929-1937). Additionally, there is material on Tweddell's other research interests, notably aerial mapping and surveying.
