This series consists of eleven scrapbooks covering the history and activities of the Princess Patricia Club, as well as three copies of a history of the Club.

Society Activities

This series consists of agendas, programs, tickets and speeches of the annual banquets. There is information, lists of entries, scorecards and results from the various competitions held, as well as prize lists and yearbooks. This series also contains brochures and publicity for University of Saskatchewan Extension Department courses, seminars, programs, classes, and forums held locally and provincially. Also included are schedules for provincial exhibitions and fairs.

Honours Conferred

This series includes certificates and other documents related to honours received by A. E. Peacock, such as the Order of Canada and the renaming of Moose Jaw Technical Institute to A. E. Peacock Technical High School. It also includes certificates from the Free Masons.

Minutes

This series includes meetings minutes of the Moose Jaw Camping club from its inception to its cessation. Also included amongst the minutes are statements of income and expenses for each year.

Correspondences

This series consists of correspondences from the Moose Jaw & District Seniors Association to the Moose Jaw Camping Club, and from the club to former club president June Helm.

This series includes two small photo albums that contain the obituaries and funeral service programs of deceased members of the club.

This series includes financial records of the Moose Jaw Camping Club, such as bank deposit books, receipt books, treasurer’s reports, a cash receipt book, and an accounting booklet from the bank.

This series includes general information on the history of the club, the duties of its officers, the club’s objectives, meeting procedures, and two reports: one on a camp-out to Thompson Lake, and another on a propane outlet survey.

This series includes secondary sources on Emmet Heiter and WWI including cemetery records, newspaper articles, excerpts from publications, and other research done by Bill and Dee Dee McCreary.
