Rosetown Hotel Float in 1921 Parade

Probably a May 24th parade. Year of 1921 is marked on the picture. A tall wagon pulled by 2 white horses in show harness with braided manes and tails. Travelling north on Main Street; Eagle Office is in the background. One man and two women in costume are on the wagons.

Hospital float, Jubilee Parade

A float with nurses and "patients" decorated for the 50th provincial birthday parade. On 1st Street facing southwest. Searle elevator in background, skating rink in front. Smith School on left-hand side. All of these buildings are no more.

Parade on Grand Avenue

Horse and cart with two people in it - part of parade proceeding north on Grand Avenue. The sign on the cart says "We're too old to cut the mustard". The reverse says "Mr and Mrs H. Blair, Indian Head, Sask" - presumably the people in the cart. According to the Indian Head History Book p. 265 "Hector Haultain Borden Blair married Kathleen Farmer"
