Johnson (with white collar), first Superintendent of Regina Light & Power Department. Man with head and shoulders only showing above the generator is HB Russell, chief engineer. James McKechnie, city wiring inspector, is to Johnson's left. Man in fur coat to the right of Johnson is Hugh Ryan, Line Foreman. All others are unidentified.
