Records were likely transferred directly from the Conference office (in Regina) into the Conference Archives, around the late-1980s.
Ordening
Original order is not entirely clear for these records but the arrangement appears to reflect the Conference filing system (at the time), organized alphabetically by subject. Files were originally described ca.1990, as part of the second group of Conference records (series XXIII) added to the archives. Records in this series were re-described in 2018, separate from the Conference office files series [SB107] (see Related Materials).
