His excellency, the Right Honourable Vincent Massey, Governor General of Canada, being welcomed to Yorkton by His. Worship Mayor Dr. M. C. Novak, on the 18th. day of May 1955. Inspector H. C. Forbes A. D. C. is seen standing behind His Excellency. Others on the station platform and: Mrs. Novak is standing immediately behind Mayor Novak and at her left is Mrs. H. C. Forbes then City Clerk H. M. Jackson, Col. H. M. Bailey, Lieut-Col. F. Steele and Lieut-Col. A. T. P. Gilbert.
