A street view of the Indian Head Methodist Church, built in 1898 on the northeast corner of the intersection of Dewdney and Boyle Streets. It was sold to the Odd Fellows Lodge after the Methodists and Presbyterians merged as the United Church in 1925. It was destroyed by fire in 1949.

The rest of the yearbook, under the heading "Our Church Family" consists of portraits photos of the church members (families and individuals) of St. Andrew's United Church.

One legal-sized page folded in half containing the program for the official opening of the new extension and renovations to the Indian Head Union Hospital. The program includes the names of the Board of Directors and doctors.

A small (15 cm X 22 cm) 11-page booklet \containing the receipts and expenditures of the Indian Head General Hospital along with other reports financial information for 1919. One original booklet and one copy.
