Renovations on St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church

Renovations on St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church at 717 Buxton Street, including new windows, blocking off the second entrance and redoing the exterior siding. The building was sold as a private residence in 2003. (See Indian Head Heritage Tour Booklet p29).

Flip-up calendar with one month on each bottom page. The top facing page has a photograph of St. Andrew's United Church with the inscription: Reverend John McKnight - Minister. People's names are printed on their birthdays. Indian Head businesses and their phone numbers appear on each month.

Weekly church bulletins of the "Gospel Chapel"

Selection of weekly bulletins of the Gospel Chapel at the corner of Eberts Street and North Railway. The bulletins were reproduced on a Gestetner copying machine. The ministers were Paul Soetopo (October 2, 1977 - January 21, 1979) and Wes A. Johnson (January 28, 1979 - May 25, 1980). It is not known when the church was established or when it closed.

Methodist Church Indian Head 1908

A small string-bound scrapbook containing two black and white printouts of photographs of the Methodist Church and its grounds. A third photograph is of a pile of stone rubble - presumably after the church burned down in 1949.
