The fonds, related to Noble Irwin and the 8th Recce, were accumulated by the source over his military service lifetime. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

This fonds contains a number of files concerning the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM), including the activities and research projects of the Veterinary Infectious Diseases Organization (VIDO), the 1976 Study of Veterinary Manpower in Canada, computer assisted Animal Health Management, and the Preventive Medicine Committee: the latter two specifically concerning the establishment of a herd health data laboratory and disease control programs. In addition, there are several files related to Professor Nielsen's involvement with the Institute for Northern Studies (INS), the President's Advisory Council on Programs for People of Native Ancestry, game ranching in the north, and the Arctic Training Centre at Rankin Inlet. There is a considerable amount of material concerning the Environmental Advisory Council, and specifically, the Churchill River inquiry, Key Lake, the Environment 80 Report, and an uranium pollution control policy. It also contains some material concerning the establishment of a zoo at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm

This collection contains materials related to AIDS Regina and the dramatic productions initiated by them as fundraisers / education. An outreach of that work was the formation of Oscar Wilde & Company. This collection includes scripts, posters, and programmes; and by extension documents the collaboration between Nils Clausson and Guy Michaud, who established the first gay theatre company in Saskatchewan.

This fonds contains correspondence, publications and artworks relating to the work of Nik Semenoff, in particular documenting his numerous innovations relating to safer printmaking processes and the waterless lithographic process.

This fonds contains information on various associations, including correspondence, minutes, reports, constitution and bylaws pertaining to the founding and activities of the Society for the Promotion of Art History Publications in Canada; and to the establishment, financing and distribution of "Revire d'Art Canadienne / Canadian Art Review;" as well as correspondence relating to the Society for the Study of Architecture in Canada and the Universities Art Association of Canada. It includes a proposal for the establishment of the Department of Art History at the University of Saskatchewan and correspondence, memoranda, minutes and reports pertaining to the establishment, administration and operation of the Museum of Antiquities. Included in this are a considerable number of photographs, both of original acquisitions for the Museum and items that were to be considered for future purchases. In addition, there are photos of art reproductions done at the Louvre, and several photos of Columbian, African, Medieval, Japanese, Greek, and Roman sculptures. The majority of the collection contains Professor Gyenes' personal correspondence, writing, speeches, research and lecture notes, as well as museum and gallery catalogues, clippings and a bibliography for research and lectures.

This collection contains the carbon copies of the papers pertaining to the Newfoundland Fishery Arbitration. The Arbitration was brought before the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague, under the provisions of the general treaty of arbitration of April 4, 1908, and the special agreement of January 27, 1909, between the United States of America and Great Britain.

This fonds contains administrative and financial records relating to the management of NeWest Review. Additionally there are some files relating to submissions, contributors and content.

Fonds consists of information on all the exhibitions held at Neutral ground from 1982-1990, with a few exceptions. The collection also contains photographs, slides, and posters.

This fonds contains a variety of collections gathered together by Neil during his lifetime. The main areas of interest are LGBT, cross dressing, wrestling, and (to a minor extent) running. Periodicals, postcards, posters, artwork, textual material, and audiovisual material are found throughout the fonds. Individual scope and content notes are included for each accession/collection in the finding aid.

This fonds contains reports, budget material, financial statements, notebooks and correspondence relating to the administration of the Native Law Centre. Also included are the "University of Toronto Report of the Special Committee on Native Canadian Students" (1988) and the "University of New Brunswick Report of the Committee on Native Indian Student Access and Support" (1989).

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers of Myrna Kostash. Included are personal and business correspondence, financial records, association files, teaching records, project files, and records relating to her extensive writing activities. The latter include background material, research files, articles, drafts, corrections, manuscripts, speeches, presentations and readings, interviews, newspaper columns, correspondence, scripts, notes, and reviews. Of particular note are audio cassettes and transcripts of interviews Kostash conducted during research for two books, "Long way from home: the story of the sixties generation in Canada" and "No kidding: inside the world of teenage girls". Kostash's involvement with NeWest Press (1983-1989), and with numerous professional organizations including the Writers' Union of Canada (1978-1994), the Writers Guild of Alberta (1980-1988), and the Periodical Writers Association of Canada (1976-1984), are reflected in records consisting of correspondence, minutes, agendas, membership lists, newsletters, constitutions, policy papers, committee files, and other material.
