This series contains pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council. It contains celebratory publications, such as the history of the council, the Golden Jubilee pamphlet and Moose Jaw’s 50th anniversary banquet program. It also contains a pamphlet regarding the Lady Aberdeen Library on the History of Women at the University of Waterloo.
This series consists of photocopies of photographs of Emmet Heiter during his service with the Moose Jaw Fire Department and during his service with the 46th Battalion during WWI. Supplementary information by Bill and Dee Dee McCreary is included with the photographs. Also included are photographs that Bill and Dee Dee McCreary took on their visit to Moose Jaw in 1998.
This series contains two black and white photographs accumulated by the Moose Jaw Union Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Association, such as a portrait of graduated laboratory technologists, an artist’s rendition of the Moose Jaw Union Hospital, the first Moose Jaw hospital, and the changing hospitals over time.

This series contains a promotional booklet entitled ‘City of Moose Jaw and Saskatchewan Farm Scenes 1906’. It is comprised of photographs of farm scenes in Moose Jaw and the surrounding area as well as a description of Moose Jaw and its agricultural development. The photographs were taken by Messrs. Porter and Cunningham of Moose Jaw. The booklet was published by the Canadian Promotion Co., Winnipeg. There is an inscription located on the first page that states: ‘To Sister from Bro. William’.
