This fonds contains materials documenting the approach of a self-taught artist, including reference materials, catalogues of art shows, articles, etc. It includes material relating to various art exhibitions throughout the province, at which several respected folk artists displayed their work. Some early artworks by Harvey are included, as are the art supplies used by Harvey in his work.

The fonds consists of letters and photographs (some with explanatory notes) sent to members of the Harris family – including Mrs. Oliver Harris, Eva and Lucy Harris – by members of the Methodist clergy who had served at North Portal, Saskatchewan.

Contents include letters from and/or relating to: Jesse Arnup, 1907-1936; Mrs. Charles Endicott, 1904-1910; Herbert Harris,1911-1912; Herbert Harrison, 1913-1914; Ethan Riley Hine, 1907; Fred Martin, 1910; F.G. This collection of images by H. W. Finkler, were taken of activities within the framework of Canada – USSR / Russia cooperation on the arctic. The subject matter follows the development of international relations, with an emphasis on the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and particularly, Indigenous peoples of the north. The collection contains images of cities, towns, and herding camps; various officials from Canada and Russia; and numerous images of local people. It is an exceptionally comprehensive glimpse into the architecture, landscape, and daily lives of people in the Russian federation, over a period of roughly 20 years.

This fonds contains materials relating to Gruen's academic research in applied mycology and botany, and documents his personal interest in Japan, in philately, and on the uses of fungi as tinder for early methods of fire making. This fonds documents Dommasch's career as a medical and artistic photographer and educator. This photographic material covers a wide range of subject matter, with particular emphasis on medicine, natural history, the Canadian arctic, and grain elevators. Considerable reference material, relating to the history of photography as a science and an art, is also included. In addition, this fonds contains Dommasch's extensive collection of posters, including those used for the exhibition, "Posters Against War and Violence." This fonds contains correspondence, clippings, notes, certificates and awards, photographs, slides, sketches, posters, films and publications documenting the interests and career of Hans Dommasch.

The fonds consists of records created by Rev. H.A. McManus, during his time as an ordained minister in Saskatchewan. Contents are primarily a minister's register, with records of sermons, communions, confirmations, marriages, baptisms and burials from Caron, Aberdeen, Bridge Creek, Crayburn, Ile-a-la-Crosse, Loon River, Makwa, Meadow Lake, Pegasus, Regina (Knox), and Zealandia.
