This fonds contains a notebook produced by residents of Pioneer Village, which includes minutes of meetings and newspaper clippings about residents. It also includes notes and photographs of residents. Also included are a blank ledger belonging to Frank Warn, and a poem booklet belonging to Margaret Park, both of Pioneer Village.
This fonds consists of minutes, membership lists, correspondence, financial records and related material of the Moose Jaw Branch 5 Pensioners and Senior Citizens Club, which became the Saskatchewan Seniors Association Inc. Branch 5, referred to as “Branch 5".
This fonds contains a land grant issued to Noah Dean on September 21, 1804. The grant is for 200 acres in the township of Hamilton, district of Newcastle, Upper Canada. It is for lot number 26. There is large wax seal coated with paper attached to the grant. The grant is made of parchment.
This fonds consists of two albums relating to specific campaigns [these include photographs, newspaper clippings, radio scripts, campaign promotional materials, etc.], two certificates and reports on the results of the various campaigns.
The fonds consists primarily of minutes and correspondence of the Museum Committee. There is some overlap in the inclusive dates of existing correspondence files so it is not clear if these files are those of certain officers, subcommittees or the committee as a whole. One correspondence file also contains interspersed copies of donor forms for artifacts donated to the museum.
This fonds contains 11 books and one questionnaire covering various subjects of Freemasonry and Freemasonry in Saskatchewan, such as its constitution and history. The books have writing pertaining to their donation, dedication, and ownership on the inside of the front covers.
Several original copies of the newspaper have been transferred to the Moose Jaw Public Library newspaper holdings. The balance consists of some copies, reprints and loose items that accompanied the papers.
This fonds consists of the constitution and by-laws, Memorandum of Association, incorporation documents, minutes of meetings, and archivists’ (scrap)books containing newspaper clippings, photographs and programmes of events of the Moose Jaw Women’s Art Association.
This fonds consists of records created and accumulated by the association including a book of minutes of meetings from 1931 to 1962, a list of graduates 1909 to 1954, a medical dictionary, a nursing diploma, a certificate of nursing registration and historical material collected for a memoir book for the 50th anniversary of the Association in 1959. It contains nine series: administration, constitution and by-laws, graduation, ephemera, published materials, certificates and diplomas, reunions and memorabilia, photographs, and artifacts.

Included are financial statements from 1925 to 1929, records of the first members of the troop from 1923 to 1940, attendance records and reports of activities from 1923 to 1925, and undated newspaper clippings. There are 4 activity books and 1 guide book for Wolf Cubs.

There are three rubber ink stamps belonging to the Moose Jaw Safety Council that have been removed to Artifact Box 1. There is material from the Saskatchewan Highway Safety Council, the Saskatchewan Safety Council Traffic Division, and the Canadian Highway Safety Council.
