It has an attached sheet with an inscription that details and names those responsible for funding, building and running the new school. The stone schoolhouse, built according to Osment's plans, was located on the southeast corner of NW-16-17-13-W2. The school closed in 1961.
A white, letter-sized envelope containing many letters. lists of names, historical summaries and chronologies relating to Sunny South SD 161. It also contains photos and negatives of the schools and students, ranging in date from 1882 to 1980. The envelope also contains some materials that related to the relocation of Jubilee School to the grounds of the Indian Head Museum. Much of the material involves and may have been written by Winnie Kerr.

1958 Environmental Report on Sunny Slope School , sent with official letter (Feb. 20, 1959) from the Regional Medical Health Officer; stapled to it is an open letter from Andrew Dickson, Secretary-Treasurer of the R.M. of Indian Head #156 offering 2 cents per gopher tail to students presenting the tails to their teacher.
