The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Swift Current First Pastoral Charge and its various predecessors, including Swift Current Knox Pastoral Charge, Swift Current Metropolitan Pastoral Charge, Cantaur Circuit, Waldeck Pastoral Charge, and Rush Lake - Burnham - Neidpath Pastoral Charge, as well as their constituent congregations – church boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.

Contents include: minutes of official boards, Stewards, Session, congregational, and committee meetings; records of local Ladies Aid Society, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Woman’s Associations (W.A.), and United Church Women (UC.W.), as well as men’s (A.O.T.S.) groups; Sunday School and youth group records, including local C.G.I.T. units; some financial records and annual reports; communion and historic rolls; Home Mission Record Books from Rush Lake, Neidpath, Burnham, Braddock, Ashley Park (Swift Current), and Waldeck; and registers of baptisms, marriages, and burials held at Swift Current (including Knox, Metropolitan and First Churches), Success, Beverley, Neidpath, Rush Lake, Herbert, Cantaur, and related locations.

This fonds consists of correspondence, research notes, drafts, and manuscripts relating to King's books: "A Book of Canadian Poems;" "A Book of Essays;" "Extending the Boundaries;" "The First Fifty;" "Saskatchewan: The Making of a University;" "Saskatchewan Harvest;" and "Three Stories by Joseph Conrad." Additionally, it includes King's articles, lectures, and addresses dealing primarily with Canadian literature. There is also material related to King's other interests: the career and works of G.B. Shaw and R.A. Wilson, provincial and national library associations, and pacifism.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers created by Saskatchewan poet and writer, Anne Campbell. The papers are arranged in twelve series reflecting her numerous interests and activities: Arts/Cultural Organizations; Clippings; Correspondence files; Educational Institutions; Employment files; Exhibition Brochures/Invitations/Programs; Interests; Personal files; Photographs; Professional Organizations; Publications/Writings/Drafts by Anne Campbell; and Publications/ Writings/Drafts by others. Of particular interest is the extensive series of correspondence with family, relatives, friends, writers, artists, and colleagues, as well as drafts, manuscripts, reviews, and published versions of her writings. Taken together with her calendars, diaries, notes, and photographs these papers provide personal insights into Anne Campbell and the development of her work. Beyond that, files relating to the numerous cultural and professional organizations with which she was involved, especially the Saskatchewan Writer's Guild, the Writers union of Canada, and the League of Canadian poets, cast light on the craft of writing and creating poetry in Saskatchewan and on the milieu in which those activities occur. Additionally, files relating to local cultural groups, including an extensive series on Heritage Regina, provide evidence of the local cultural scene.
