This fonds consists of mementos of the 128th Battalion. It includes a programme of their performed music, a Christmas card, menus from their travels and a reunion programme.

This fonds contains photographs and memorabilia created and collected by Betty Dawn (Erb) Nicholl. It includes five photo albums containing photographs of her family, friends, and travels. Many of the photographs were taken in Moose Jaw and most of the photographs are identified. It also contains two Prairie Breezes newsletters, announcing Betty’s engagement and marriage to Wilson Nicholl as well as a Central Collegiate Institute 75th Reunion Yearbook.

This fonds contains three series: Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes financial records belonging to the Ellis’, such as an account book, shares, and a land title. It contains memorabilia of family and events in Moose Jaw as well as letters sent and received by the Ellis’.

The records of this fonds consist of minutes, an attendance register, financial records and collected press materials relating to the activities of Moose Jaw Philharmonic Ladies Chorus.

There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

This fonds consists of the constitution and by-laws, Memorandum of Association, incorporation documents, minutes of meetings, and archivists’ (scrap)books containing newspaper clippings, photographs and programmes of events of the Moose Jaw Women’s Art Association.

This fonds contains a photocopied souvenir booklet of the CHAB radio program “Golden Memories”.

This fonds consists of records created and accumulated by the association including a book of minutes of meetings from 1931 to 1962, a list of graduates 1909 to 1954, a medical dictionary, a nursing diploma, a certificate of nursing registration and historical material collected for a memoir book for the 50th anniversary of the Association in 1959. It contains nine series: administration, constitution and by-laws, graduation, ephemera, published materials, certificates and diplomas, reunions and memorabilia, photographs, and artifacts.
