This fonds reflects the activity of St. Paul’s Church. It includes three series: Church Operations, Financial Records and Sunday School Records.

This fonds contains the original typescript of ‘Moose Jaw City Transit: An Alternative Route: A Private Study’. This study was completed in 1981by a local citizen and completed independently from the study conducted by IBI Group Consultants commissioned by City Council. It conducts a review of previous studies, financial information, and relevant literature. The study provides recommendations for the improvement of the Moose Jaw transit system. There is no author printed on the report.

This fonds contains two series: Honours Conferred and Memorabilia. This includes documents pertaining to awards and honours received by A. E. Peacock as well as event programs, family history, clippings, letters, drawings, speeches, school notebooks and photographs kept by the family.

This fonds consists of the records and files of the Moose Jaw Celebrate Saskatchewan Committee from its formation in 1979 to its disbanding in 1981.

Mary Barber fonds contains records concerning the writing of the community history book "Parkbeg Reflections". It consists of the manuscript and typescript drafts of the family histories section of Parkbeg Reflections. There are over 350 family history drafts included. Mary Barber organized these drafts using separate envelopes for each family and arranged them alphabetically by surname. These envelopes also include information regarding the author, the typist and the proofreader of the drafts.

The fonds contains two story booklets on quilting and the history of Buffalo Pound Lake.

This fonds contains one paper written by Donald A. Wright as part of his Doctor of Ministry program at the University of Alberta. The paper is entitled “Historical Pattern Realization and Clergy Role Clarification”. It was completed for course ISM-83 and submitted May 6, 1983.

This fonds is composed of nine series including constitutional documents, membership records, minutes, annual reports, correspondence, financial records, various records of the Canadian Federation of University Women, and the records relating to the various scholarships and the preschool managed by the club.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings from 1964 to 1984, correspondence from 1961 1962 and from 1971 to 1984, 5 scrapbooks consisting of photographs, newspaper clippings and memorabilia covering club events from 1952 to 1976, 2 scrapbooks of letters and photographs from the Kinette’s adopted Korean daughter Kim Kye Pe, 1961 to 1967 and one scrapbook of newspaper clippings and programs covering the Kinsmen Band Festival, 1961 to 1964. There is an information kit on Ronald McDonald House in Saskatoon, and a report of a Christmas dinner catered to the XYZ Club in 1980.
